Festina Lente is video series, an exercise on the gaze and the action of looking. It is a collage of constantly changing actions, landscapes and details, and a reflection that plays with time through moving images. The Latin expression festina lente which translates as "makes haste slowly" frames a question about the pace of processes and the way in which our gaze -as a place of experience of the body- constructs a memory of the world we live in.

Festina Lente was supported and premiered by the Federal Ministry of Culture of Mexico within the curatorship Contigo en la Distancia in the category of New Media / Video-performance.
